My Business

The My Business section groups together core data for your business. Core data is used as reference data in Appointments and Schedules in your business operations.

Core data is considered to be:

Type Description
Date Series The dates on which you offer your schedules. These are generally created and edited in the Schedule pages; however, this page allows you finer editing ability.
Customers Records of all your customers.
Locations Details of the locations where you operate - these can be as specific as rooms or as broad as suburbs.
Products Description and pricing for all products you sell.
Services Description, pricing and capacity constraints for the services you offer.
Staff/Agent Details of staff who work for you and agents who sell on your behalf.
Voucher Details of the vouchers you offer through 3rd parties such as Group-On.
