Mark Attendance

To quickly mark attendance, managers can jump to the Appointments page and Booking List tab. This tab enables filtering of appointments via several data elements and a column to change attendance status.

Attendance Status

There are 5 states that managers can use to mark up attendance:

State Meaning
Unset This is the base state for any newly created booking which means the attendance has not been marked.
Attended This state is used to notify attendance. For Post Paid services, it results in journal creation.
No Show This is used when a customer does not show or if the customer does not provide enough notice of absence. For Post Paid services, it results in journal creation.
Cancelled with Notice This is used when a customer cancels within the require notice period.
Cancelled by Admin This is used when the manager cancels a booking.
