Mark Attendance
To quickly mark attendance, managers can jump to the Appointments page and Booking List tab. This tab enables filtering of appointments via several data elements and a column to change attendance status.

Attendance Status
There are 5 states that managers can use to mark up attendance:
State | Meaning |
---|---|
Unset | This is the base state for any newly created booking which means the attendance has not been marked. |
Attended | This state is used to notify attendance. For Post Paid services, it results in journal creation. |
No Show | This is used when a customer does not show or if the customer does not provide enough notice of absence. For Post Paid services, it results in journal creation. |
Cancelled with Notice | This is used when a customer cancels within the require notice period. |
Cancelled by Admin | This is used when the manager cancels a booking. |
