Agent and Staff Login
Agents and staff access shopperee using a Google account. A Google account is an existing gmail address or created using any email address as the user id.
Once a Google account is acquired, manager's assign access in Shopperee staff pages.
Follow the chart below to determine the best method of acquiring a Google Account.
Find an Appropriate Email

Has Gmail Account | Use the gmail address in the agent or staff record. |
Has Other Email | Instruct your agent/staff to go to https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail to create a Google Account. Once the account is created, use their email address in the agent/staff record. |
Does Not Have Email | Instruct your agent/staff to go to https://accounts.google.com to create a Gmail Account. Once the account is created, use their Gmail address in the agent/staff record. |
Specify Email in Agent/Staff Record
Use the Staff>Edit page to create or update your agent/staff records with the email address created in the previous paragraph.
Note that you should apply the update privileges or settings to ensure that your agent or staff has the appropriate level of access.
